We want you to be happy with every purchase from itpromax.store. This policy explains how you can return a product and get a refund. It complements our Terms and Conditions and does not limit any right you have under Lebanese law, in particular the Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 659 of 2005).
1. Your right to change your mind
You may return a product within 10 days of receiving it, without having to give a reason, provided that:
- the product has not been used;
- it is returned in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories, manuals and gifts received with it;
- you provide the order number or the invoice.
2. Products that cannot be returned
To the extent permitted by law, and for reasons of health, hygiene or the nature of the product, the following cannot be returned unless they are defective or not what you ordered:
- products that have been used or damaged after delivery;
- personal care, cosmetic, hygiene and underwear products whose seal or protective packaging has been opened;
- food and other perishable products;
- products made or personalised to your request;
- software, digital content and gift cards once activated or opened.
3. Damaged, defective or wrong products
Please check your order on delivery. If a product arrives damaged, is defective, or is not the product you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery if possible, with your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. We will collect it at no cost to you and, as you prefer, replace it or refund it in full, including the delivery charge. Hidden defects that appear later are covered by the legal guarantee and, where applicable, by the manufacturer's warranty; contact us and we will handle your claim.
4. How to return a product
- Contact us by WhatsApp, phone (+961 70 012 451) or email (info@itpromax.net) with your order number and the product you want to return.
- We confirm the return and arrange a pick-up by our delivery partner, or agree with you on a drop-off.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
When you return a product because you changed your mind, the cost of collecting it may be charged to you; we always tell you the amount before the pick-up. Returns of damaged, defective or wrong products are free.
5. Refunds
- We inspect returned products when we receive them and inform you of the result.
- Once a return is accepted, we refund you within 7 days, by the same means you paid (cash, bank transfer or Whish for cash-on-delivery orders), unless we agree otherwise with you.
- The original delivery charge is refunded when the whole order is returned because it was damaged, defective or wrong.
- Refunds are made in United States dollars, the currency of your order.
6. Exchanges
If you would like a different size, colour or model, we can exchange the product subject to availability, under the same conditions as a return. Any price difference is paid or refunded.
7. Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is handed to the delivery company by contacting us. If the order has already been shipped, you can refuse it at delivery or return it under this policy.
8. Contact
For any question about returns or refunds, contact us at info@itpromax.net or +961 70 012 451. We are happy to help.
