Orders & delivery
We deliver across Beirut and all of Lebanon. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your city. Most Beirut orders arrive the next business day; other regions typically take 1–3 business days.
You can track your order anytime from Track order using your order number and email.
Payments
We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, Whish, OMT, and WhatsApp-assisted orders. Online card payment is available when enabled at checkout.
Warranty
Eligible products include the official manufacturer warranty. Keep your invoice — you’ll need it for any warranty claim. See our Warranty policy for details.
Returns & exchanges
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. Opened software, licenses, and hygiene-sealed accessories may not be returnable. See our Return policy for full details.
