Return Policy

Overview

IT Promax wants you to be happy with every order. This Return Policy explains when you can return or exchange items bought on itpromax.store, and how to start a request.

Return window

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong item: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
  • Change of mind: unopened, unused items in original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.

Returns outside these windows are handled case by case and may be declined.

How to request a return

  1. Sign in and open the delivered order under My orders, then submit a return request — or message us on WhatsApp +961 70 945 470 / email info@itpromax.net.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s), and the reason (plus photos for damage or defects).
  3. Wait for our confirmation before sending anything back. Do not ship products without approval.

Condition requirements

Returned products must be complete with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging whenever possible. Items showing signs of use, missing parts, or customer damage may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened software, digital licenses, and activation keys
  • Hygiene-sealed accessories once the seal is broken (earbuds, wearables, etc.)
  • Custom-built PCs after assembly/delivery (unless DOA or our error)
  • Gift cards and clearanced / final-sale items marked as non-returnable
  • Products without proof of purchase from IT Promax

Refunds & exchanges

Approved returns are typically processed as an exchange for the same item, a store credit, or a refund to the original payment method when possible. Cash-on-delivery refunds may be arranged via bank transfer or store credit. Processing usually takes a few business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Warranty vs returns

Manufacturer defects discovered after the return window are handled under our Warranty policy, not as a standard return.
