iPega PG-9777S Wireless Retractable RGB Game Controller

Stick drift is what kills cheap controllers, usually about four months in, when your character starts wandering left on its own. The iPega PG-9777S uses Hall Effect joysticks, which read position magnetically instead of through a wearing contact, so they do not develop drift the way standard sticks do. The telescopic grip extends from 162mm to 286mm, wide enough for a large phone or a tablet, and it pairs with Android 6.0 and later, iOS 13.0 and later, Nintendo Switch and Switch OLED, Windows PC, PS3, and smart TVs. Mechanical action buttons give a fast, clicky response, and the translucent body glows with adjustable RGB. Key Features Hall Effect joysticks: Magnetic sensing means no stick drift as they age. No. The supported list covers PS3 but not PS4 or PS5, since Sony's newer consoles only accept licensed controllers. It does work on PC, Switch, phones, and tablets. What does Hall Effect actually change? Ordinary joysticks use contacts that wear down, which is why older controllers start drifting on their own. Hall Effect sticks read a magnetic field instead, with nothing rubbing, so that particular failure does not develop. Will every mobile game work with it? Games built for controller support will. Some mobile titles only accept touch input and ignore a controller entirely, which is down to the game rather than the hardware.
